I've owned this guitar for going on 4 years now and it sounds just as good now as it did when I got it. Only work has been getting it setup for lights and sanding the bridge down to lower the action just a tidge...other then that it has all the sound and performance you'll ever need. While I've only been playing for as long as I've owned this guitar (was given to me as a birthday present after I picked up my dad's Alverez and said "Hey, I wanna learn" and he said "Hey, but a guitar and leave mine here") I've had several people who have been playing for 30-40 years play this Washburn and say they like it better then thier Fenders and Larvee's. I can't vouche if they were serious or just being nice, but the guitar has been the best value for my brothers money (the one who bought the guitar) that I've ever had someone spend. I think I'd actually cry if something bad ever happened to my guitar and have to buy another one. It's that good. There are cheaper guitars out there and more expensive guitars out there... but bang for your buck this has got to be the best value out there.
