Fender
Fender Musical Instruments Corporation was founded in 1946 by Leo Fender, a California inventor, and is one of the premiere makers of electric and acoustic guitars, bass guitars, and related parts and accessories. Mr. Fender pioneered the concept of solid body guitars, and also revolutionized the way they were built.The Fender Stratocaster is probably their most famous rock and roll guitar, and was used by Jimi Hendrix (who played it lef-handed, and upside down), as well as a host of other top notch rock and roll guitar players. They are also the maker of the Fender Telecaster, Fender Precision Bass, and Fender Jazz Bass. They also make a wide range of guitar and bass amplifiers.
